SERVICE FEES​​​

 

​​Memory Lane Assisted Living  has  a flat monthly fee with no other hidden charges. All care and  services  are included as listed under the Services & Amenities  section,  except the ones that require an additional fee.​

Our care is tailored to individual needs and each resident's  rate is determined by a throughout assessment performed by a licensed nurse. The  rate  will  be  adjusted as  the resident's needs change. The change  will  reflect  the  decline or improvement of resident's level of functioning.

We  accept   residents  with   a  variety  of chronic conditions and health needs such as memory disorders, insulin dependent, urinary   catheters ,  colostomy ,  feeding tubes, etc. To ensure safety and ability to meet  each  resident's  needs,  our facility offers   free  nurse   visit   to   perform   a complete   assessment  before  resident's admission.
